Lydia Smith

(Nutritionist)

My name is Lydia Smith. I grew up in Albury in a household where health was prominent so I have been interested in health from a young age. I became passionate about pursuing a career in health during my high school years and after I graduated from high school, I made the move up to Brisbane to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) at the Queensland University of Technology. A year later I followed this with a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness. I hope to use the knowledge and experience I have gained to help empower people to improve their lives by making healthier lifestyle choices!
